SOMA Prototype is a tooling and injection molding manufacturer serving product companies in the United States and Northern Europe. We focus on one thing: getting your plastic parts from CAD file to recurring production with the least possible friction.

What We Do

We design and build injection molds in three tiers — rapid aluminum tooling, P20 bridge tooling and hardened production tooling — and run low-to-mid volume injection molding on our own shop floor. Complementary processes include 5-axis CNC machining, insert molding, overmolding and a full range of surface finishing and assembly services.

• Engineer-to-engineer communication — your project is handled by an engineer, not a sales agent. DFM feedback within 24 hours.
• Transparency — weekly tooling updates with photos, open inspection records, and no hidden charges after quotation.
• Long-term thinking — we earn our margin on repeat production, not on the mold. That is why mold maintenance and storage are free for program customers.

Serving the US & Northern Europe

The majority of our programs ship to the United States, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. We ship DDP, handle customs and duties, and align communication with your working hours. For EU customers we provide the documentation needed for REACH/RoHS material compliance on request.
