You Own the Mold
The tooling is your property, documented in the supply agreement. We store it in our mold library, run scheduled maintenance, and cover repair costs for the life of the program. You can recall the mold at any time with 30 days notice.
Tiered Annual Pricing
Unit prices are locked to annual volume brackets (e.g. 10k / 30k / 100k pcs) and reviewed once per year. If your volume crosses a bracket mid-year, the lower price applies retroactively to the next release.
Scheduled Releases
Place one blanket PO and call off monthly or quarterly releases. Standard release lead time is 15 working days; standing parts can ship from buffer stock in 3–5 days.
Buffer Stock
For critical parts we hold an agreed safety stock level in our warehouse, so a demand spike or a missed forecast never stops your production line.
DDP to US & EU
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States and all EU member states. Customs clearance, duties and VAT handling are our problem, not yours. Air freight for releases under 500 kg, sea freight for larger volumes.
Engineering Support
A dedicated project engineer for every account: DFM on new parts, cost-reduction reviews on existing ones, and quarterly program reviews with quality and delivery data.
