Quality Assurance
Tooling quality is decided long before the first part is molded. Our quality system starts at DFM and follows every mold and every shipment through to your receiving dock.

Before Steel Is Cut
- DFM review within 24 hours — wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, gate location, ejection and sink/warp risk, with marked-up drawings
- Mold-flow analysis — fill pattern, weld lines, air traps and cooling efficiency, on request for critical parts
- Mold design approval — 2D/3D mold design sent for your sign-off before machining starts
During Tooling
- Incoming steel inspection with material certificates
- In-process dimensional checks after every machining stage (CNC, EDM, grinding)
- Weekly photo and video updates — you always know where your mold stands
Before Every Shipment
- First Article Inspection (FAI) — full dimensional report against your drawing, with CMM data on critical features
- Material certificates for every resin lot
- Cosmetic inspection to agreed limit samples or AQL 2.5
- Export-grade packaging: rust protection for molds, moisture-barrier packing for parts
Documentation Available for Your Program
FAI / PPAP-style dimensional reports, CMM records, material certificates, mold-flow reports, mold maintenance logs and trial videos. If your quality team needs a specific report format, send the template — we will follow it.
