Photos with dimensions, a 2D drawing, a 3D scan — or simply mail us the worn or broken part.
We Measure & Model
CMM and optical measurement of the sample, material identification, then a manufacturing drawing for your approval before we cut anything.
Approve & Produce
You approve the drawing and quotation. We machine or mold the part, inspect against the original, and ship — DDP to the US and Europe.

Two Production Routes — One Supplier
CNC Machining — from 1 pc
For metal parts, urgent one-offs and functional validation. Aluminum 6061/7075, carbon & stainless steel, brass, copper, POM and PEEK. Tolerances to ±0.01 mm where the drawing demands it.
Injection Molding — from 200 pcs
For plastic parts worth tooling up: replacement gears, clips and trim in production-grade ABS, PC, PA, POM or PP. Once the mold is built, reorder at wholesale pricing whenever you need stock.
